Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@xhovn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization (required for processing).
Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or significantly delayed.
Return Shipping
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong size, etc.): you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large appliances (air conditioners, freezers, commercial ice makers) that have been removed from their original packaging but are otherwise unused. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and re-listing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage (including the packaging). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original packaging or missing accessories
- Items with signs of installation or use (with the exception of defective products)
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked at checkout)
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the item you want is reserved without waiting on the return to process.
Warranty Claims
Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties that cover defects beyond our return window. If you experience an issue after 30 days, contact us and we will help you start a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
