This Return Policy covers the steps to return an item you purchased from Xhovn. For details on refund timing and the refund process, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

You Have 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or replacement, except where covered by the manufacturer warranty.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, power cords, remotes, and parts.
  • Free of signs of installation, modification, or damage caused by the customer.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items more than 30 days past delivery.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or parts.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked at checkout).
  • Items damaged by improper installation, use, or storage.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@xhovn.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization. We respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. Do not ship without the RA — unauthorized returns may be refused or significantly delayed.
  3. Pack securely. Use the original packaging where possible. Include all accessories. Mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the item back. See the shipping cost rules below.
  5. Inspection & refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you the outcome and issue any refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed): you pay the return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage (including the packaging) and we will arrange a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee

Large appliances (air conditioners, freezers, and commercial ice makers) returned in unopened condition incur a 15% restocking fee if the original packaging shows signs of having been opened. The fee covers inspection, repackaging, and re-listing.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original following the steps above. This ensures the replacement is reserved without waiting on the return to process.

Warranty Claims (After 30 Days)

Most of our products carry a manufacturer warranty that extends beyond our 30-day return window. If you experience an issue after 30 days, contact contact@xhovn.com and we will help you open a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
